Our mission is to help nonprofits level up their email and SMS programs so they can grow and raise more money.

We’ve chosen this approach because, dollar for dollar, data shows improving the efficiency of these programs (v/s organic or paid social) is the most efficient way for groups to increase their impact.

Josh Nelson


Josh has been running large-scale nonprofit email programs for more than 15 years, including for Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection.

As Vice President at CREDO Mobile, he helped distribute millions of dollars to dozens of nonprofits. And through his work at Civic Shout and The Juggernaut Project, he’s helped hundreds of nonprofits grow their opt-in email lists while leading the fight against spam and for ethical email programs that treat supporters with respect.

Monica Samanta


Monica Samanta is a nonprofit development professional and political activist based in Washington, DC with more than 15 years of experience raising funds for progressive nonprofit advocacy organizations committed to social change.

Since moving to Washington in 2008, Monica has worked alongside teams large and small to manage c3, c4, and PAC funding streams for civic engagement, legislative, and electoral activities and efforts, with a focus on passing federal and state-level policy reforms that truly represent our nation today.

Beth Becker


Beth brings 20+ years of communication and marketing background to politics where she has consulted for numerous House campaigns, nonprofits, and unions. Beth travels the world doing digital organizing trainings and working with clients on implementing a digital strategy that respects their organizational goals and capacity.

In her downtime she can be found at the nearest shoe store, a Nats game or country concert or hanging out with Sassy and Jon Snow, her bosses errr cats.

Elliott Golden


Elliott specializes in conversion rate optimization—the art and analysis of using strategy, copywriting, and UX design to help email and SMS programs make more of the resources they have.

He also works closely with the team regarding the strategy of the foundation and how it can best serve the progressive community.
